The practice was originally opened by Maria Tankenson Hodge in 1976 as a

sole practitioner. In 1991, Denise Francois joined the firm as a partner. There

are presently a total of five attorneys in the practice. The firm specializes in

civil litigation in all courts in the territory, including personal injury actions on

behalf of both plaintiffs and insurance defense, general commercial litigation,

administrative proceedings, including land use and development, public utility

regulation, and general representation before governmental agencies, and

appeals of both administrative and judicial actions.
